The PUK code is a code used to unlock your Mobilis SIM card if you have entered a wrong PIN code 3 times. You received this code when you purchased your SIM card.
If you lose your PUK code, you can get it back by going to the counter of an OPT-NC branch with your ID or by sending a signed request (please note the number of the line concerned) using our contact form (at the bottom of the page).
NOTE: If you enter the wrong PUK code more than 10 times, your SIM card will be disabled.
