- Either by email using our contact form (at the bottom of the page)
- Or by fax to 1001 or 00.687.27.00.37 from abroad
- Or by post to OPT-NC Customer Service - BP 40001 - 98865 NOUMEA CEDEX.
Your bills will no longer be sent to you by post (hard copy) but directly to the email address of your choice as a PDF document.
